Spain and Argentina will face off at the FIFA World Cup final on Sunday, July 19. Crushing losses for England and France paved the way for this iconic matchup. Argentina enters the match as the defending champion, after taking home the FIFA trophy in Qatar in 2022. Now, four years later, the soccer powerhouse will take on Spain, a team full of young talent.
All eyes will be on the pitch where soccer legend Lionel Messi faces off against Spain’s teen sensation, Lamine Yamal. (In an odd twist of fate, the two have never played each other on the field. However, Messi gave a baby Yamal a bath for a charity calendar 19 years ago. The photographs are all over the internet.)
Whichever team you are rooting for on Sunday, we have curated an exceptional selection of sporty watches to match your country’s kits. Discover luxury on your very own wrist when you wear one of these decadent accessories to support your team. Whether you are attending the final match at MetLife stadium, throwing a party
There is no question about it: F.P. Journe watches have exploded in popularity over the past few years. The exquisite creations from the independent watchmaker have always been highly regarded in the exclusive world of haute horlogerie, but now they are making a move into popular culture as demand continues to increase.
Even as desirability skyrockets, however, F.P. Journe refuses to compromise on their iconic motto: invent at fecit. Translated from Latin, it means invented and made. F.P. Journe’s ethos is all about exemplary craftsmanship; every component of every watch that comes out of the maison’s doors is invented, designed, manufactured, and assembled in-house.
As you might imagine, this leads to an incredible limited supply of F.P. Journe watches. For some elite collectors, the difficulty of obtaining an F.P. Journe watch is part of the appeal. Owning one of these elaborate timepieces is an immediate signal of one’s wealth, prowess, and taste. Without a doubt, an F.P. Journe
