Star-Studded Glamour: Luxury Watches Spotted at the 2026 Emmy Awards

The 2026 Emmy Awards unfolded with much fanfare as gold statuettes were passed out to the best of the best in various television categories. Often dubbed the “Oscars of TV,” the Emmys celebrates artistic and technical achievements in television. This year’s ceremony honored many fan-favorite nominees as well as some surprise winners.

AppleTV’s horror-comedy Widow’s Bay took home a dominant 14 awards, while medical drama The Pitt and limited series DTF St. Louis tied with seven each. Matthew Rhys, who starred in both Widow’s Bay and Netflix’s dramatic The Beast In Me scored best lead actor in both the comedy and drama categories. Jean Smart, who stars in the HBO comedy series Hacks, won best lead actress alongside Rhea Seeborn, who stars in Pluribus.

As with most awards ceremonies, there are plenty of moments to remember both on stage and on the red carpet leading up to the event. Some of the best-dressed celebrities included Zendaya, who stunned in a bejeweled silver Prada dress; Mariska Hargitay, whose red Monse sequined gown turned heads; Colman Domingo in Valentino; Ayo Edibiri in two-toned Chanel; and Paul W. Downs, whose tuxedo brooch is certain to set trends in menswear for months to come. Of course, we cannot forget Megan Stalter, whose commitment to dressing in all-out gold body paint as an Emmys statuette was the talk of the night.

Even with gorgeous gowns and sophisticated suits galore, we felt ourselves drawn to the accessories of the evening. There were plenty of exquisite timepieces, from Matthew Rhys’s diamond-studded Hublot to Nicole Kidman and Colman Domingo in OMEGA creations. Charlie Hunnam’s Vacheron Constantin watch and Matthew McConaughey’s Cartier Roadster also turned heads, as did Jon Hamm’s Panerai Radiomir. But after much deliberation, here are our top five favorite luxury timepieces of the night.

Oscar Isaac is always a face to look for on the red carpet, and the most recent Emmy Awards were no exception. The Guatemalan-American actor was nominated for his role in Beef, and he turned heads in his cream-colored jacket and cummerbund paired with black pants. His Audemars Piguet Code 11.59 watch perfectly complemented his ensemble, integrating the warmth of a beige index dial as well as a black leather strap and luminous 18K white gold construction. At the 3 o’clock position, you can catch sight of the impressive selfwinding flying tourbillon, which adds accuracy and prestige to this memorable Audemars Piguet work of art.

The Code 11.59 line is one of Audemars Piguet’s more recent releases and arrived in the world of haute horlogerie in just 2019. It differs from the brand’s iconic and immediately recognizable Royal Oak collection and all of its many offshoots, offering a round dial that at first appears traditional. Upon a second look, however, you will see that the Code 11.59 is anything but. It embodies the ongoing spirit of creativity and innovation that defines Audemars Piguet and has helped the Swiss brand remain a stalwart of elite watchmaking since 1875.

It seems as though Zendaya has been everywhere this year, from her memorable role in Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey to her bittersweet performance in Spider-Man: Brand New Day. At the Emmy Awards, she was in attendance as a nominee for her role as Rue in Euphoria. Her red carpet (or really, we should say blue carpet) appearance was one of our all-time favorites, as she paired a bejeweled custom Prada gown with a Rolex Lady-Datejust, exemplifying the luxury and prestige of a classic watch brand. The petite size of Zendaya’s diamond-covered watch toed the line between jewelry and horology, a perfect complement to her showstopping gown that did not threaten to overpower the piece.

The Rolex Lady-Datejust line typically offers smaller silhouettes than the traditional Datejust collection, and Zendaya’s Emmys watch was perfectly refined at 28 mm in diameter. Her timepiece of choice showed off countless round diamonds set across the bracelet, bezel, and dial against shimmering 18K white gold. The Roman numeral hour markers and 3 o’clock date display added to the watch’s traditional design language and timeless appeal.

Nominated for his role in emergency room drama The Pitt, Patrick Ball showed off a stainless steel Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar watch. The entirely stainless steel build of the piece, including the integrated bracelet, breaks free from traditional dress watch standards, emboldening others to push the boundaries of what counts as formalwear. The combination of stainless steel and the highly prestigious perpetual calendar complication is also somewhat unusual, making Ball’s watch one of the more memorable timepieces of the night, especially for savvy watch collectors who found themselves zooming in to get a closer look at the piece’s fabulous complications and meticulous design.

The perpetual calendar has long been held in high acclaim, and it is thrilling to see it in action on one of the defining watch lines of the modern era: the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak. Initially a product of the 1970s, the Royal Oak line transformed expectations around formal dress pieces with the introduction of a stainless steel luxury sports watch that refused to compromise on price. Over 50 years later, the Royal Oak remains a coveted collection that adheres to its recognizable design architecture while still integrating high complexity and elite innovations.

Actors from The Pitt were not holding back on their luxury wristwear at the 2026 Emmy Awards, and lead actor Noah Wyle also showed off a striking watch at the event. His Cartier Tank à Guichets, which roughly translates from French to ticket window, is one of our favorite Cartier releases in a long time. Its unique construction gives it the classic rectangular shape of the Tank line but shows the time in a unique dual aperture format with jumping hours and trailing minutes. The Tank à Guichets was first released in extremely limited quantities in 1928 but was recently re-released in 2025 at that year’s Watches and Wonders event to much excitement.

Noah Wyle styles his rose gold Cartier Tank à Guichets effortlessly with his custom Brunello Cucinelli suit in a mesmerizing taupe and black combination. The geometric silhouette of the tank exudes masculinity and sophistication, while the unique construction gives it an artisanal, creative air that is perfect for a celebration of television acclaim. While other celebrities have worn this elite line before, Wyle’s styling might be one of our favorites yet.

We close out today’s list with musician and famed luxury watch collector Mark Ronson, who has a known appreciation for all things Audemars Piguet. At this year’s Emmys celebration, Ronson opted for an 18K yellow gold Audemars Piguet Royal Oak with a rich, green malachite dial. There is no doubt that the Swiss watchmaker won the day in terms of representation on the wrists of Hollywood’s most elite names and faces.

Malachite, along with other natural stones like aventurine, was one of the dominant trends we noticed in this year’s watch releases. Its mineral radiance and saturated hue makes it a perfect choice for upscale watchmaking, and it perfectly complements the luminosity of a rich, 18K yellow gold. The Royal Oak line has remained recognizable for over 50 years now, showcasing its octagonal bezel, exposed screws, and integrated bracelet in a display of impressive design architecture that is sure to reach beyond generations. Ronson’s watch certainly caught the eye, and it was absolutely one of our favorites of the entire night.
