On Tuesday night, anyone lucky enough to grab an invite found themselves at Avi & Co.’s Aspen boutique for an afternoon of fashion and fundraising. Attendees enjoyed refreshments in style while exploring Avi & Co.'s elite collection of fine diamond jewelry and globally renowned watches. The event was co-hosted by Cristina Cuomo of The Purist and attended by many memorable faces, such as Aspen style icon Mona Look-Mazza. With our welcoming hosts and incredible selection of gorgeous timepieces and accessories, as well as a charitable mission, July 15 was a night to remember.
An Inside Look at Aspen’s Latest Happening
It was a beautiful afternoon in downtown Aspen, mid-70s and sunny, as our guests congregated on the sidewalk in front of our store, enjoying a selection of refreshing drinks. After snapping a photo or two, many attendees headed inside to take a look at the night’s true highlight: The gorgeous jewelry and high-end watches on display in our boutique.
From October 14 to 18, Miami played host to one of the most important events in Latin Music: Billboard’s Latin Music Week. This year marked the 35th iteration of this culturally and sonically rich event, and the lineup featured big names like J Balvin and Edén Muñoz as well as up-and-coming stars like Paola Jara and Tito Double P.
The weeklong event is focused on bringing together the biggest stars in Latin music as well as fans, cultural leaders, and industry executives to celebrate the accomplishments and heritage of this popular genre. Highlights of the week included showcases such as “The Explosion of Colombian Pop Music,” “Neuvo Mexicano,” “Venezuela Rising,” “K-Pop Goes Latin,” “The Intersection of Latin and Hip-Hop,” and so much more.
In addition to explosive performances, attendees enjoyed panels on topics like women in Latin music and mental health and stardom as well as Q&A sessions with superstars like J Balvin and Young Miko.

Watch Week Aspen: August 8-11, 2024

Watches are a hot item on the Aspen scene, and there are plenty of luxury watch retailers in the mix here.
Aspen, Colorado, known for its illustrious winter sports, breathtaking scenery, and high-end boutiques, is the ideal location for Avi & Co. to launch an exclusive boutique.
On September 14th, Avi Hiaeve, founder and CEO, officially closed the deal on Avi & Co.’s third location. “I’m feeling nervous,” he told me. “Nervous. Happy. Excited. Worried. It’s a mixture of a lot of feelings, but I’m mostly excited. I can’t wait.”
Where the Diamonds Shine Brighter
“Aspen has been on my mind for about three years,” Avi says as we discuss the company’s next adventure. For a long time, Avi tried to locate a store in The Silver Queen City. With the far travel time from New York City, it proved to be a distinctive challenge. However, Avi is confident that everything will come together. He knows it’s the right place to be.
Aside from the obvious all-year winter weather in Aspen, the vibe between all three boutiques will be very unique. For Avi, New York is home and Miami is a party place.
Avi & Co. cut the ribbon in front of their second paradise-infused boutique on May 4th, 2023. A family-owned, highly trusted luxury watch retailer, Avi & Co. sells hard-to-find timepieces such as Richard Mille, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, and Rolex. The New York-based company also creates original jewelry.
The Crown Chain
Avi and his team designed the extraordinary necklace in just five weeks. Named The Crown Chain, it was a showstopper at Avi & Co.'s Miami Grand Opening. Assembled with an assortment of round, asher, cushion, princess, pear, and emerald cuts, the diamonds weigh 210 carats.
The original concept consisted of 32 large stones surrounded by approximately 6,200 round diamonds placed in flower settings. Donned by Avi himself, these certified GIA diamonds walked the Design District’s red carpet. Each stone shined in front of the paparazzi.
