On Tuesday night, anyone lucky enough to grab an invite found themselves at Avi & Co.’s Aspen boutique for an afternoon of fashion and fundraising. Attendees enjoyed refreshments in style while exploring Avi & Co.'s elite collection of fine diamond jewelry and globally renowned watches. The event was co-hosted by Cristina Cuomo of The Purist and attended by many memorable faces, such as Aspen style icon Mona Look-Mazza. With our welcoming hosts and incredible selection of gorgeous timepieces and accessories, as well as a charitable mission, July 15 was a night to remember.
An Inside Look at Aspen’s Latest Happening
It was a beautiful afternoon in downtown Aspen, mid-70s and sunny, as our guests congregated on the sidewalk in front of our store, enjoying a selection of refreshing drinks. After snapping a photo or two, many attendees headed inside to take a look at the night’s true highlight: The gorgeous jewelry and high-end watches on display in our boutique.

As we sipped, shopped, and soaked up this beautiful Aspen evening, we were honored to host this event in support of the Buddy Program. It is safe to say meaningful connections bloomed and plenty of memories were made.
Meet Our Co-Hosts and Notable Guests
Our latest happening in Aspen was co-hosted by Cristina Cuomo, the founder of wellness organization The Purist. Other notable guests included Mona Look-Mazza, a local fashion icon and philanthropist.
Cuomo, who is married to Chris Cuomo of ABC’s 20/20 is the wellness and nutrition enthusiast at the helm of The Purist. Committed to wellness, peace of mind, and rising above the noise of the modern world, The Purist shares our dedication to the finer things in life. Cuomo is also the editor-in-chief of Plum Hamptons Magazine and a mother of three.
Look-Mazza, wife of Aspen real estate tycoon Tony Mazza, is a stalwart of Aspen’s style scene. The pair met in 1996 at a Jazz Aspen event and have been the it couple of this ritzy ski town since. They have also received much praise for their support of charitable causes in Aspen, including the Buddy Program, the beneficiary of our event.
Get to Know the Buddy Program
Our recent Aspen event offered both sparkle and substance: a percentage of our net proceeds from jewelry sales benefited the Buddy Program, a charitable organization dedicated to youth mentorship. The Buddy Program is a local, Aspen Valley group that pairs young people in need with an adult they can trust and look up to. Through mentorship relationships, these youths have the opportunity to grow, learn, and realize their full potentia
