On a gorgeous summer evening on July 16, Haute Living magazine hosted an intimate soiree honoring Camille Fishel, the cover star of the magazine’s 2025 Hamptons Issue. The event oozed Hamptons-chic in every way, from its location in the lush outdoor space at The Maidstone Hotel & Restaurant to its all-white tablescapes and its star-studded guest list. The event was co-sponsored by luxury watch and jewelry retailer Avi & Co. as well as upscale skincare brand 111SKIN and The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami’s latest ultra-luxe condo high rise.

Kicking Off Summer in the Hamptons With Avi & Co.
The lucky selection of Hamptonites who found themselves at LDV at The Maidstone last night were treated to a celebration to remember. The cause? A toast to Camille Fishel, who graced the cover of summer 2025’s Haute Living magazine Hamptons issue. You are probably wondering exactly how Fishel, her collection of well-known guests, and the Haute Living team celebrated in style. Luckily, we are here to fill in the blanks.
Guests arrived at LDV at The Maidstone Hotel & Resort, where a shady outdoor lawn dotted with stepping stones was set up to welcome them. After taking a photo in front of the chic step and repeat, attendees mingled and explored some of 111SKIN’s signature products while snacking on some light bites. What was on the menu, you ask? For passed appetizers, guests enjoyed a sumptuous sampling of beef and tuna tartare as well as potato croquettes topped with caviar. Fishel stunned in a draped lilac gown accessorized with a silver clutch and sparkling diamond jewelry as she welcomed fellow revelers to the fête.
As they chatted, catching up with old friends and building bonds with new acquaintances, the guests found seats and long, rectangular tables draped in white. Elegant china and eye-catching, white flower arrangements complemented the monochromatic look. But the true pièce de résistance was the bell jars lining the center of each table. Inside, a selection of fine diamond jewelry and bespoke watches from Manhattan’s own Avi & Co. made guests ooh and ahh in wonder. Throughout the evening, some attendees even got the chance to try on these incredible pieces.
On each chair, guests were treated to luxe gift bags filled with goodies from 111SKIN and other sponsors. Glasses clinked and laughter rang out through the cool evening air as the multi-course menu was served. Dishes like scallop crudo, fresh burrata, and “Scarpetta” spaghetti and branzino were brought to each table. The meal concluded with tasty desserts like fresh strawberries with whipped cream and Caramelia mousse.
Before digging into their delectable meals, guests turned to Haute Media Group CEO Kamal Hotchandani, who welcomed the attendees and thanked Fishel for being part of the Haute Living family. Next, Fishel expressed her excitement and gratitude for being featured on the cover of the Haute Living Hamptons issue. After resounding applause, the stars of the night returned to their seats and dinner commenced.
During the feast, representatives from The Residences at Mandarin Oriental and 111Skin shared their company’s stories. As the night wound to a close, guests continued mingling and making memories, soaking up the lush scenery and high-end nature of the event. By the time it concluded, night had fallen, but nobody was in a rush to go home
Meet Camille Fishel
A professional model, philanthropist, and mother, Camille Fishel is the star of Haute Living’s Hamptons cover for summer 2025. Originally from Florida, she made her way to New York City during college. Now, Fishel is married to Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin, who heads the massive sports licensing company and is a well-known billionaire entrepreneur. Fishel and Rubin share two young daughters.
In addition to her adventures in parenthood, Fishel is pursuing a new interest in painting. Her career as an artist began with intuition, a subconscious push to explore her creative side. As she balances her passions, her career, and being a mother, Fishel is an inspiration to many and a bona fide fashion icon in the world of the Hamptons and beyond.

The purpose of this star-studded July event was to celebrate Fishel’s accomplishments and her appearance on the cover of Haute Living’s summer 2025 Hamptons issue.
