The Richard Mille RM 56-02 Tourbillon Sapphire is a timepiece that pushes the very boundaries of horological mastery. Released in 2014, Richard Mille produced this sapphire tourbillon watch in a limited series. It builds on innovations achieved with earlier models in the RM 56 series a few years earlier. With the RM 056, Richard Mille pioneered an all-sapphire casing. A year later, the watchmaker raised the bar again with the second watch in the series. The RM 56-01 had even more Sapphire components than its predecessor. Richard Mille completed a trifecta of innovative excellence with the RM 56-02. The last watch in the series featured even more innovation than the RM 056 and RM 56-01 timepieces.
