Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

Avi & Co. offers complimentary, fully insured domestic shipping within the continental United States. Domestic orders are shipped by FedEx or, depending on the value of the item, through an approved armored vehicle service.

For security purposes, all orders are subject to fraud verification and payment clearance before shipment. Once verification has been completed and all payments have cleared, domestic orders are typically shipped overnight. Tracking information will be provided once the shipping label has been created.

All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery. To protect our clients and ensure the security of each order, Avi & Co. can only ship to the shipping address entered at checkout. We are unable to ship to an alternate address after an order has been placed.

International Shipping

Avi & Co. may ship internationally to approved countries. Please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm whether shipping is available to your destination.

International orders may be subject to import duties, tariffs, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs authorities in the receiving country and are based on the insured value of the shipment. Because these fees vary by country and are not controlled by Avi & Co., we are unable to provide an exact quote for customs or import charges. Clients are encouraged to contact their local customs office for additional information before placing an order.

Avi & Co. will not undervalue a shipment or provide false information to customs. Refusal to accept a shipment due to unpaid customs charges, duties, taxes, or related fees does not qualify as a valid return. Any package returned to Avi & Co. due to refusal, failure to pay customs charges, or failure to complete import requirements may be subject to a restocking fee, and the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the purchase price.
