In 1904, Louis Cartier granted the wish of famous Brazilian aviator Alberto Santos Dumont: to be able to tell time while flying. The birth of one of the first wristwatches sealed the bonds of friendship between these two pioneers. Staying true to its century-old heritage, the rose gold 40 mm case is assembled with a fixed, rose gold bezel and a water resistance of 330 feet. This timepiece is powered by the 1847 MC calibre with a 42-hour power reserve.
